Introduction

“A hundred miles journey starts with a single step” This popular proverb is very true in sense for our Quality Construction Company. The company started its journey taking a small step in the year 1969 as a civil construction company. A partnership company, engaged in the construction of residential and commercial buildings. In the year 2009, the company transformed into a private limited company renamed as “Quality Heightcon Pvt. Ltd.”
“Quality” is not just a part of the company’s name but it is the heart and soul of the company. The MD of the company Mr Mahendra K Shah understood the value of Quality apart from team spirit, reasonable prices, timely completion, professionalism and embraced them as part of his life and business. Quality & timely completion had become his passion since he knew very well that these are the only key to satisfying customers and achieving success in business. He also knew that “Quality is never achieved by accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent direction and skillful execution.”

The company’s success story had become unstoppable at Quality Heightcon Pvt. Ltd. (QHPL), we believe that a responsible approach towards all our operations, our employees, clients, suppliers and local communities, the environment and society as a whole, is essential for our success.

In the year 2004 company obtained an international certificate of ISO 9001:2000 standard from BSI (British Standard Institution) for Quality Management System with a Quality Policy “We shall strive to provide best quality building construction work and achieve complete customers satisfaction. Our goal shall be to become a major player in building construction industry through effective implementation of our Quality Management System, continual improvements and adhering to safety, environmental and other regulatory requirements.”

There is no limit of development and growth with sincere efforts, leadership and clear direction, but success doesn’t come easily. A sound management principle, sincere staff, resourceful suppliers & efficient sub-contractors have been the foundation of success. Correct principles are like compasses. They are always pointing the way. The company understood this and followed the best management principles.

Protection of environment and safety at workplace is the prime concern of the company. In the year 2012, the company obtained a certificate for its ‘Integrated Management System’ from BSI, a single management system for all the three standards comprising of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:).

The objective of the company is to achieve complete customers satisfaction, prevention of pollution, human injury & ill health, comply with legal and other requirements as appropriate to our operational risks & impact on the environment and make continual improvements in order to provide the best construction quality, environment & safety standard at the workplace.

The company has executed important construction projects for both public and private customers. For our government customers, we completed projects for IIT (Bombay), BARC, MES, MCGM, GAS Authority of India, American Consulate, MTNL, DRDO, Air India and Airport Authority of India.

We constructed high rise buildings, malls, commercial and residential housing complex, schools, hospitals for our private customers and mention a few are Hubtown (Ackruti City), Kohinoor Group, Sunshine Group, Ajmera Group, Oberoi Group, Swastik Group, Mahindra Lifespaces, Royal Realtors, Bhoomi Properties, Crystal Group, Palai Group, Khalsa College and many more.

Mr. Mahendra K. Shah

Chairman

Mahendra K. Shah is a BSC graduate from Mumbai University and has the experience in executing various large projects involving Defense Contracts, Government Projects and Private Contracts. He has a significant amount of experience in execution & management of a wide variety of construction projects. He presently controls construction planning, execution, finance, administration & developing new business functions.

His career started in early 1972, with projects at Jabalpur & gradually did a lot of MES works at Uran & Karanja under the able guidance of the founder’s Shri Khimchand Bhai Shah & Shri Chinu Bhai Shah when the company was known as Quality Construction Company. Lately Mr. Mahendra Shah under the able guidance of Shri Dilip K Shah, started undertaking various private contracts as well as Government Projects like BARC, GAS Authority of India, American Consulate, MTNL, MES, DRDO, Air India and Airport Authority of India.

The list of works gradually kept on increasing with repetitive clients in private contracts. Mahendra K. Shah has worked with renowned groups like Hubtown Ltd. (Previously known as Ackruti City), Mukesh Group, Kohinoor Group, Sunshine Group, Ajmera Group, Royal Realtors, Mahindra Lifespaces, Bhoomi Properties, Swastik Group, Oberoi Group etc. He has experienced working with varied Architects & Consultants.

Mr. Nishit M. Shah

Managing Director

With youth comes vibrant energy, an energy that changes everything around it. With his modern thoughts and management, he has expanded Quality Heightcon Pvt. Ltd. to a whole new horizon.

He completed his diploma in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University in the year 2000 and Bachelor of Engineering (Construction) in the year 2004. He also completed a Diploma in Business Management in 2004.

This rare combination of a technical and a managerial background has grown the company with leaps and bounds. Under the experienced guidance of his father and as the Managing Director, he handles site executions, planning and administration. He has also been involved in the entire spectrum of business activities ranging from construction management, financial closures and contractual obligations within the company. Under his leadership, QHPL registered an impressive growth over the last few years.

Mr. Jimit M. Shah

Director

Mr. Jimit Shah completed his graduation in Business Management during the year 2011 from Mumbai University. As an upcoming director, he has built his reputation on the basis of good stewardship of the Company.

His dynamic vision, strategic focus and entrepreneurial skills will guide the growth of the Company’s businesses across demanding markets and competitive scenarios.

He is a young leader effectively demonstrating business development, strategic planning. Additional expertise in risk assessments, financial evaluations and implementation of operational programs leading to enhanced bottom-line profitability.
